Our recommendations start with your health, your goals, and what will support your teeth over time. We will explain your choices and costs so you can decide with confidence.

Rooted does not participate in any insurance company’s network. That can still leave room to use your benefits: many plans include coverage for an out-of-network dentist. We can work with those plans and help with claim submission. Plans that cover only in-network care may not pay toward a visit here.

Know what to expect before treatment.

We will provide an estimate of the treatment fee, the benefits your plan is expected to contribute, and your estimated portion before planned treatment begins. Deductibles, annual limits, waiting periods, and the procedures covered all affect that estimate.

Your insurer makes the final benefit decision. You are responsible for the balance of the practice fee after any insurance payment, including a difference from the initial estimate. We will help explain those details along the way.

How payments can work.

When your plan allows benefits to be paid directly to our office, we may be able to collect your estimated portion at the treatment visit and receive the remaining estimated benefit from the plan. We will confirm that arrangement with you beforehand.

Some plans send reimbursement directly to you. For those plans, payment is collected up front, and your plan reimburses you for any covered benefit. We will explain which process applies to your plan before care begins.

Please keep insurance cards and member identifiers out of ordinary email or social media.

You are welcome without insurance, too.

We welcome anyone who chooses to trust us with their care, whether or not they have dental benefits. We will discuss your priorities and a treatment plan that makes sense for you. Membership terms and financing arrangements are still being finalized; we will share the details once they are ready.
