Porcelain & 3D-Printed Veneers · Lafayette, ColoradoNatural character. Carefully refined.
A smile should feel like it belongs to you. At Rooted, we design with the end in mind, let you try the proposed smile on your teeth, and plan each veneer around both the result you want and the healthy tooth we can preserve.
Planned for our February 2027 opening. Treatment availability and suitability will be confirmed before scheduling.
What a veneer changes.
A veneer is a thin covering bonded to the front surface of a tooth. It can be considered for selected concerns involving shape, spacing, wear, or discoloration. It is not a solution for every bite or every tooth.
Before discussing how many veneers to place, we need to understand the condition of the enamel, any existing fillings, gum health, and the forces on the teeth. Untreated dental disease comes first.
Designing in context.
We bring together thorough photography, a 3D intraoral scan, and digital smile design to plan your teeth in the context of your face, lips, and bite. Then we use 3D printing to create a physical mock-up you can try in your mouth, directly over your teeth.
You can see it, smile with it, and help shape it. We make refinements in the chair before irreversible tooth preparation and before you say yes to full treatment. It gives us a shared design to work toward and gives you time to decide what feels right.
The mock-up has a small fee, explained in advance. If you move forward with treatment, that fee is credited toward your total cost.
The right preparation for each tooth.
We work backward from the smile design, preparing each tooth only as much as it needs for the planned shape, shade, fit, and bite. Within the same smile, that may mean no preparation on one tooth and minimal or more conventional preparation on another. Sometimes we open the contact between teeth to create the right shape or space.
No-prep veneers can be a wonderful option for the right teeth. Adding material to teeth that are already in an ideal position can make them look bulky, especially when the main goal is a color change. We will show you why a particular approach fits your tooth before making any irreversible change.
Three material options. One thoughtfully designed smile.
3D-printed veneers offer a lower-cost way to bring a custom digital design to life. These tooth-colored resin restorations can be a useful starting point for patients who value affordability and are comfortable planning for polishing, repairs, and eventual replacement. We will discuss the specific material, its expected maintenance, and how your bite affects the choice.
Lithium disilicate porcelain, often known by the e.max brand, is our middle price option. These ceramic veneers can be pressed or milled, then finished by a dental laboratory with individualized color, texture, and, when appropriate, added porcelain layering.
Feldspathic porcelain is our highest price option. A dental ceramist builds the veneer by hand in fine layers, allowing delicate translucency, surface detail, and very thin designs where suitable. We will help you compare these qualities with the needs of your individual teeth.
Living with your new smile.
Daily cleaning, regular visits, and attention to your bite help care for your veneers and the teeth beneath them. Depending on the material and your habits, a veneer may need polishing, repair, or replacement over time. A protective appliance may be part of your plan if you clench or grind.
A clear estimate before treatment.
Your written estimate will explain which teeth are included, the material for each veneer, any preliminary care, temporary restorations if needed, and planned follow-up. We will also show how your mock-up fee is credited if you proceed, so you can make a comfortable, informed decision.
A few helpful answers.
Are veneers reversible?
Some veneers can be placed without tooth preparation. When enamel needs to be removed, that change is irreversible. We will plan and explain the approach for each tooth before you commit.
How long do veneers last?
The material, your bite, cleaning, and habits all influence how long veneers serve you. We will discuss maintenance and replacement expectations for the option you choose, including polishing or repair for 3D-printed veneers and ongoing care for porcelain.
Can I see real cases?
Rooted’s case library will publish only genuine cases with patient permission. Until then, a consultation is the right place to discuss relevant examples and limitations.
Can I try the design before deciding?
Yes. Our smile mock-up lets you try the proposed design in your mouth before irreversible preparation and before committing to full treatment. There is a small fee, explained in advance, which is credited toward treatment if you proceed.
General education, not a diagnosis or an individual treatment recommendation. An examination is needed to discuss your options.
